Lynne Dando

With over 20 years in primary education, I am delighted to join the Illuminate Minds Trust. I bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record as a School Improvement Partner.  My journey in education has been driven by a passion for enhancing the learning experiences of young people and supporting schools to provide an environment where every child can shine. I have held various leadership roles, including that of Headteacher and Deputy Head, where I successfully led teams to improve school performance and outcomes. I have worked with schools to design and implement curriculums that are both innovative and aligned with national standards. My approach ensures that the curriculum is inclusive, engaging, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of all pupils. Through data analysis, I have helped schools to identify areas for improvement, set achievable targets, and monitor progress. My expertise in data interpretation has been instrumental in driving school improvement plans. Every school is unique, and I pride myself on providing bespoke support that meets the specific needs of each school. I tailor my approach to ensure maximum impact through developing positive partnerships.
